Request a Wash

Learn how to request a mobile car wash service step by step via our website. Open another browser window therefor you can go back and forth from window to window.

Service Details

Step 1 - How often do you want it washed?

  • Tap drop down menu and select frequency.

    • Every 2 Weeks 

    • Every  Week

    • One Time

​Step 2 - What's your vehicles size?

  • Select your vehicles size so we can give you the correct price. 

    • Regular (coupe, sedan, wagon)​

    • Large ( SUV, truck, van, crossover)

  • Tap on Maintenance Wash and then tap on "Select Wash" button to add service. â€‹

  • Service is then added as show on the third screen.

  • Enter the email address where you want "Service Confirmation."

  • Tap button "Let's Select Day & Time" to go to the next step.

How to

Schedule a Wash

Learn how to request a mobile car wash service step by step via our website. To get started tap "Request a Wash" button on this page or on our maintenance wash page. You need to fill out one Scheduling Form per vehicle. If you are a returning customer, then sign in by tapping on the button on the top right. 

What's your Zip Code?

Step 1 - Enter Zip Code

  • Make sure "Maintenance Wash Services" is shown on the header.

  • Enter the service location zip code so we can check if our services are available in your area.

Note: Make sure there is no space after the zip code.​

Service Details

Step 1 - How often do you want it washed?

  • Tap on the drop-down menu and select the frequency.

    • One Time

    • Every 2 Weeks

  • Select your vehicle's size so we can give you the correct price.

Step 3 - What service are we completing?

  • Tap on "arrows" to browse through our maintenance wash services.

  • Tap on the desire Maintenance Wash and then tap on "Select Wash" button to add service. â€‹

  • Service is then added, as shown in the third screenshot.

Step 1 - Select Extra Services

  • Tap on any add-on service you want to add to your service. 

  • Tap on " ? " to view the price and details.

Step 1 - Select Day

  • Tap on "Select Day" field to select a day.

  • Select the day from the calendar.

  • After selecting the date, automatically the appointment times will appear.

  • Select an available time.

What are your personal details?

Step 1 - Enter information on every field

  • First and Last name.

  • Enter the Cell Phone Number to which you want Service Update Messages to be sent to.

  • Enter the address where we are completing the service.

  • If necessary, enter Suite or Apartment number.

Where are we completing the service?

Step 1 - Enter information on every field

  • Enter the street address and suite/apartment number if necessary.

  • Enter the city and state.​

What car are we cleaning?

Step 1 - Car Information

  • Enter the Year, Make, Model & Color, so your technician knows that they are cleaning.

Car Location, Key Access, and Service notes & instructions

Step 1 - Where can we Find your Vehicle?​

  • Enter details and instructions on where your technician can locate your vehicle if necessary.

Step 2 - Car Key Access

  • Tap "How do we Access your Keys" drop-down menu and select an option.

  • Tap "Where do we Return your Keys" drop-down menu and select an option.

Step 3 - Service Notes / Instructions​

  • If necessary, enter notes and instructions for your technician.

    • Gate or Garage code​

    • Pay extra attention to...

    • Throw trash located..

    • Etc..

Tip your Technician

Step 1 - What Percentage?

  • Select the desired percentage you want to tip your technician.

  • Or select "Other" if you wish to enter a specific dollar amount.

  • You can always log in to your account to tip the technician after the service is completed.

Do you have a Coupon Code?

Step 1 - Enter code, gift card, or referral credits

  • If you have one, enter the coupon code here.

  • If you have a gift card, tap on "Gift Card" tab to enter the code.

  • If you have referral credits, you will see "Referral" next to Gift Card tab. Tap and enter the referral credit amount.

Payment Details

Step 1 - Credit Card Information 

  • Enter credit card numbers 

  • Security Code (typically 3 numbers on the back of the card)

  • Expiration Date (month and year)

Schedule My Service

Step 1 - Review & Confirm 

  • Review your service details by scrolling to the bottom

  • Accept our Terms & Conditions

  • Select "Schedule my Service" when ready

  • Confirmations are immediately sent to you.

  • DONE! Your technician will show up on the day and time selected.
